WHAT IS MISUGARU?
Misugaru is a nutritious and satisfying traditional Korean drink consumed for generations. It is a blend of grains roasted and ground into a fine powder. Traditionally consumed cold, as breakfast or a snack, misugaru can also be consumed hot.
aru is a reformulated version adapted to modern lifestyles: sprouted and whole grains, 0 added sugar, 0 preservatives, 0 additives, impeccable solubility.
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR MISUGARU?
Pour prepare, pour 200mL of milk of your choice (plant-based or cow's milk) or water into a shaker or blender, add 18g of aru misugaru, shake for 30 seconds. It's ready, all you have to do is enjoy.
WHAT DOES MISUGARU TASTE LIKE?
Misugaru often has a seedy or cereal-like taste.
Aru®, on the other hand, is milder, with a nutty or slightly toasted puffed rice flavor. Our consumers often describe it as tasting like "Smacks" or "Kinder Country" but without the sugar, or "rice cakes, but less processed." It's delicious and comforting.
CAN ARU REPLACE MY BREAKFAST?
Yes. aru® is formulated as a breakfast or snack replacement. Its whole and sprouted grains provide complex carbohydrates, proteins, fiber, micronutrients, and GABA for stable energy. Prepared with soy or oat milk, you'll get around 7-10g of protein per glass.
IS ARU SWEET?
No, aru® contains no added sugar. aru is only grains selected for their benefits and their micronutrient and GABA content.
I AM LACTOSE INTOLERANT, CAN I EAT THIS MISUGARU?
Yes. aru® does not contain milk or traces of dairy products. You prepare it with the plant-based milk of your choice: oat, almond, soy... The product is 100% plant-based.
